Over the past twenty years, I have come in contact with sea mammals in oceans around the world, and from the experience, I have strong feelings about two things:

One is a memory of the time when there was no distance between humans and animals. 

The other is a memory of the time when we humans were also a part of ocean.

I believe that those feelings are something that were also shared by all ancient humans, particularly the ancient Japanese people.  

Therefore, my wish is to express in the form of an art project the feelings I have acquired in oceans and to bring back into the present these precious memories, Memories of Blue, which people have almost forgotten.
